Hands down kick serious ass all over the place!!!

Sent my Bias-Rite in for servicing, something went sideways and it came back to me still broken. Spoke to the guys - expecting to send it back - but instead? New one arrived today - FedEx - To Whistler - free of charge.

The notes inside said to "send him a new one to restore his confidence in [us]".

THAT is customer service.
THAT is how to KEEP a customer.
And THAT is how a company grows with dedicated customers.

Great company. They make some great speakers too. Ted Weber designed some awesome vintage reissues.
 
Yeah bra, My last bias rite came with a beer coozie and some cool stickers. And of course it works amazing, good guys!
 
I have webers in all my cabs I have never had anything more clarity at volume and that makes the tone of the amp sing. Great dudes.
 
One of the heads on my BiasRite blew a few years ago and the guys over there were MIA for a while. I just recently saw a thread where there were back. Gave them a call and talked to CJ. Sent my BR in last week for repair. Hope to hear something soon.

Yep Weber has great customer service. It's a shame not all guitar gear companies can do the same (i.e. metroamp).
 
Sorry but I'm pissed at Weber right now. I spent $200 for a Silver Bell and it took literally a month after I paid for it to ship it out. It's still in transit as we speak! What makes matters worse is they never responded to my calls, text message, or email, and the dealer I bought it from took days to hear anything back from them. I never got a single returned call or email response from Weber and I contacted them over a week ago.

Weber sucks as far as I'm concerned. I'm so dissatisfied at this point that I'm considering not even opening the damned speaker and selling it off immediately.
 
Update, my BiasRite arrived today all fixed and no charge!
