Mr. Rupe, some interesting Rane's you have there, besides the one VC is holding on the Oct '87 GFTPM cover...you have the only others I have ever seen. Any idea how many guitars that guy has made?

Mr. Rupe, some interesting Rane's you have there, besides the one VC is holding on the Oct '87 GFTPM cover...you have the only others I have ever seen. Any idea how many guitars that guy has made?

He built about 70 guitars total...3 for Viv. The GFTPM one was given to the Hard Rock, he still owns a green one with the Irish flag on it, and I have the "Is This Love" guitar shown above. He started building again back in '08 right as we headed into the recession...not sure what's up now as its been well over a year since we've spoken.

You didn't happen to get that red 3120 from daddys junky music by any chance did you? I had one that looks just like that and miss it a lot. Killer guitars.
