In just over a week I'm going to be heading to Vegas, and I'm wondering what places I should check out for good music stores, and live music. And is there anywhere to play a Diezel in Vegas?
I've been to Cowtown..."ehh"...mostly used gear, so you never know what you will find there. Good guys though. BTW Cowtown is semi-regularly on the show 'Pawn Stars' every time the shop needs expert advice on guitars or other stringed instruments.davyped":1v9a34v8 said:Steel Panther at the HOB every Sat. Never been to a music store in Vegas (too busy gambling), but I think there is a place called Cowtown Music. I think they have a website.

Or, start digging up the shallow graves and see if you can find Nicky Santoro (Joe Pesci)Gainzilla":3fqd2xse said:After the obvious, there always the old cliche of burying a dead hooker in the desert if youre really bored...

If you drive up to the Stratosphere and turn left at Charleston blvd, take that until you are out of civilization. I believe its a total of 15 miles west of Vegas, beautiful state park with plenty of hiking and climbing!

Last year, Ed Roman required a $100 deposit to enter the store, not sure if it is still that way.chunktone":3rz4afh8 said:I'd check out Ed Roman's guitar shop.
