We are talking about a mayor who manages a tax payers public budget and has law control here reporting to them and not a general person so no, I'm not late to the party.

Can you imagine a non Spanish speaking person in any position of power in all of Mexico and Sth America..it would NEVER happen obviously and yet us know it all fuckwits allow it.

Can we be any more stupid and arrogant.

He's saying this because this isn't the first time this has happened in Massachusetts. Same thing happened 20-25 years ago, superintendent of schools could not pass a simple English test that his own students has to pass. Sadly, nothing was done about it then and i doubt anything will be done now.
