A lot of dudes sure love to talk up his blues playing but there are at least two or three dozen guys I'd rather hear play blues guitar than Peter Green. I've considered that maybe I'm missing something but if I am I sure haven't found it yet. I don't get the english blues obsession I would rather listen to actual black guys.
 
not sure why an article 6 days ago. This is pretty common knowledge

I have to agree. But I did like some of the English blues guys like Clapton / Beck / Page / Blackmore. Green never really did it for me

I'd assume there are at least a couple decent acts left of the wreckage though. If not, sorry to hear that.
