Ok so Im about to go through the undertaking of wiring up my new rack rig and i wanted to see if all the rack vets here agree with how im intending to wire up all my stuff. First here's a complete list of all the gear i'll be using:

Mesa Mark V head
Monster Pro 3500 power conditioner
Line 6 G-90 Wireless
TC G major 2
GCX switcher
Ibanez AF2 flanger, Script phase 90, barber tone press, OCD V.2 (for loops of GCX)
Boss TU3 tuner, G-Lab wowee wah, Ernieball VPjr. volume pedal (These will be out front on the pedalboard with via a pedalsnake along with the Ground Control Pro)
ISP Decimator Pro rack G

Signal path front end: Guitar-->G-90-->Front guitar in of GCX-->Feed through on back of GCX-->Decimator channel 1 input-->Decimator channel 1 output-->Out to TU-3 on pedalbaord-->Wowee Wah then back to the rack-->GCX loop 1 input (Barber tone press)-->GCX loop 2 (Phase 90)-->GCX loop 3 (Af2 flanger)-->GCX loop 4 (OCD)-->Mark V guitar in.

Signal path effects loop: Mark V loop send-->Decimator channel 2 in-->Decimator channel 2 out-->GCX loop 5 in (Im putting the G major 2 in the GCX's 5th loop so i can bypass it all together if needed but it will be used entirely in the loop path of the Mark V)-->GCX loop 5 out-->Ernie ball VPjr. out on pedalboard (I have it in the last part of the signal chain for the loop to act as a master volume for the entire rig)-->Mark V loop return.

The remaining 3 GCX loops will be used to switch channel 2,3, and the solo boost on the Mark V

That should be about it as far as the actual signal path is concerned. Everything will be switched via midi with the Ground Control Pro. If anyone has anything to add please do as i want to just have to wire this thing up once   Im still pretty new to rack rigs so i just wanted to get yalls opinions real quick. Learning to actually speak midi and control everything is going to be a whole other ordeal in itself haha.

The only thing I'd suggest is NOT putting the TU3 in the signal path at all. Sounds like you'll have some fun with your new rig. Congrats!

Thanks! Why would you not put the TU-3 in the signal path?

How will you switch on Channel 1 on the amp?
Well the Mark V doesn't have a switching jack for channel 1, it's just the default channel on the amp until either channel 2 or 3 is triggered. I'm pretty sure thats the proper way to explain haha.

Unless you need the buffered signal from the TU3, if that's the case-- I'd put it after the wah-- I prefer not to have tuners in the path if possible-- just one more thing to color the sound.

Oh okay. I thought that all three channels had their own switching jack, like on the MarkIV.
