Thoughts on Peavey 6505 4x12 cabinet?

I'm looking for a V30 4x12 cabinet to run my Rockerverb, a 5150 and solid state Randall through. I was set on an Orange PPC412 or Mesa but I can get a Peavey 6505 cabinet with V30's for half the price. Is the Peavey cab in the ballpark with the others or should I pass on it?
 
Sounds like a hell of a deal for the speakers alone, I'd give it a shot.

It depends on how much you are looking to spend on that 5150 cab. Others might think I am nuts but I LOVE my Legacy cab. Now that I have a couple of Mesa cabs, I would say I like the oversized a bit better but I like the Legacy cab more than the regular Mesa cab I have depending on the amp. I have a couple of amps that just don't play that nice with V30s. One example is the Jet City JCA100. I have Crate cab (of all things) that sounds pretty killer with that amp. It has Eminence speakers in it though.
 
Thanks guys. I decided to give it a shot. Musician's Friend open box and it started at $180 off the new price, 24% off with Backstage Pass points, 10% off this month for open box gear - it was $492 before tax. That's less than you can buy for new V30's for by themselves.
