I know it's currently out of stock but what do you guys think about this guitar:

I'm currently looking for a decent V guitar that is moderately priced and also has a Floyd rose style trem so this guitar looks rather perfect.
The only thing that makes me a little leary about purchasing it is the fact that it's $269. Do you think this thing will be complete and utter trash and not worth the money? Has anyone played one of these before or know anything about them? i just came across these today in my search for a V.
The only things that worries me are the licensed tremolo and the pickups. However, i do have some spare EMGs/SD's that i could throw in this thing and i have a 6 string TRS tremolo which is probably a slight step up from this tremolo that i could toss in it. The pickup spacing looks a little too close together for my liking as well.
Seems almost too perfect for what i want.
