thoughts on Tom Delonge strat?

Not a Blink fan in any way, shape, or form.

But I did have a hardtail strat which I regrettably traded. I was looking for hardtails and there doesnt seem to be too many affordable ones around. What does everyone think about the build quality of the Mexican Delong strats? Fit, finish, frets, weight, resonance, etc. Anyone here own one? Of course I can swap around the pickups and/or pickguard, not worried about that, more interested in the quality of these guitars. My old hardtail was a USA.

I had one a ways back, it played pretty nice but I had my buddy route a neck pickup into it for me.
