To be a Canadian and make any money in the music industry is a miracle in itself. I'm not a big Nickelback fan. The guy has a formula and he can actually play. I've heard some stuff and said WTF? why doesn't he do this more..but I guess that's part of the formula.

IMHO It's a talent if you can write more than one chord progression. Every single song they put out sounds the same, i think the video is still on youtube where you can hear how you remind me and someday at the same time. Guess what... same song! I heard him on a radio interview say that he wished more people would stop playing guitar hero and start playing the guitar because he was tired of touring with crappy bands, meanwhile he was on tour with Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace. People are gonna follow this guy til the end because most people are sheep. If real talent was recognized Kroeger would be working at guitar center pushing Line 6 Spyder amps and getting boo'd at open mics.
