Alright, since I'm kicking off healthy eating again and wanted some fairly light stuff to get back into food again after my roughly 88 hour fast, I made a nice tasty dinner tonight. I figured after some beef broth and a little cottage cheese for breakfast, it was time to break into real food again, and I feel a MILLION times better.

I made some carnivore flat bread (only cottage cheese and eggs) and baked it off and spread on some avocado mashed up with Dukes mayo (the only mayo that counts), a little bit of sliced red onion, a sliced tomato, and some black forest ham. I went just a wee bit over with my carb allotment, but still under the 50g max. This flatbread was quite tasty. On its own, it had the slightest eggy taste, but once covered in tasty goodies, you'd never know.

I put way too much on these, as they didn't fold up like a taco at all like I was wanting, so I sort of just ate them more like a pizza. It was a little messy, but next time I'll just put a little less toppings on it.
