Beautiful Tom Anderson Drop Top T in a stunning Fireburst finish. This guitar is in excellent condition and comes with the original case, that is also in great condition. I giged this guitar at church and played it at home in my climate controlled and smoke free studio. I custom ordered this guitar back in late 2000. See the build sheet for the spces. Birth date: 03-18-01A.
Condition and Changes.
1. Anderson didn't move to stainless frets until 2002. I sent the guitar back to Tom Anderson to get it refreted with the same size (Heavy) Stainless Steel frets in 2003 or 2004.
2. I chaged the pickups to a Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Frankenstein in the bridge and a Luxxtone (Arcane?) Luxxbucker in the neck. I really like these pickups significantly better than the originals. I also like the zebra look. I no longer have the original pickups. The middle pickup is original.
3. There are very slight swirls on the finish that come with normal playing and don't show in a photograph. Other than that, I can find no marks on the guitar. I take GREAT care of my instruments and friends don't understand why I am reluctant to let them play my guitars.
4. The gold hardware is in great condition with the only slight wear being on the volume knob.
5. I installed a gold Floyd Rose wrench holder on the back of the neck.
One of the many things I find remarkable about this guitar is the tuning stability. Even with the floating Floyd Rose, it is one of, if not the most stable guitars I own.
Just trying to thin the heard as I am having less time to play and no longer gig. $2950 shipped and PayPaled F&F. No trades please. Reasonable offers considered.
