Tom has always been this way. He is the epitome of a douchebag. Growing up in Boston I was a checker at a local grocery store in the town I lived in (Weston, MA). I noticed who he was (a couple of years afte the release of Third Stage) and asked for his autograph. Nice enough at the time but I think is a lame human being because fo thsi kind of crap.
Too bad because I love their first two albums. I can always enjoy this though:

Not sure I understand what damages Scholz could be suing for based on what's stated in that article.
Bottom line is it's a terrible shame that Brad's life had become so unbearable that he took the option of taking his own life. Such an incredible talent and from all accounts I've heard, a great man.
