I'm very interested in purchasing the Torpedo Live. I need an option for live use, recording, and practicing. What audio interface would you recommend for use with The Torpedo Live?

that would depend on:

a) if you have a preferred DAW software?
b) PC or MAC?
c) how many inputs you need, ie will you ever record live drums etc.
d) will you need to expand in the future (some cards have paths to add addition i/o's)?

one thing you would definitely want:

spdif digital input

nb: for live use, no additional hardware or computer is necessary

Torpedo Live is shipping in North America....our first units land Monday and should clear shortly after that!

Andy....I'll send you an email for a deposit.

I have a question for you about some cables as well.

Bumping this thread -what about the Torpedo C.A.B.- the Pedal version- does that have a similar sound to the LIVE

IF you just use a Preamp or Preamp Out from a Head ?

OR does the Power Section from the Head make a big difference ?

The manual for the Live and C.A.B. are apparently similar with the exception of the load box. Here's a link to the manual. It may have the info you're after:
