Another test with the Torpedo Reload, my first clip as pretty aweful so I took a step back and just used the device as an attenuator this time. This one might be as bad I'm new to these types of devices.

For this clip I plugged straight into the 2204 with the master on 5. At 5 the power amp seemed to kick in more and juiced up the tone some.

The volume in the room was close to TV level. :)

I think it sounds pretty damn good. Love the stock sound of these amps when they get the master up. Classic grind and you can hear great note separation. I think the cab sim sounds good here. Have you compared both ? A clip would be cool comparing.

Thanks! :)

I didn't use the software WOS III, that's what I was having trouble with...that and some other issues with levels regarding some of the other features of the unit (re-amping).

I had the Splawn cab miced with an SM57 just like my usual setup, I took the photo after I had already moved the mic...wanted to add the pic of the Splawn to the video at the last moment...didn't mean to be misleading.

All the Torpedo was used for was getting rid of the volume of having the master at 5. :)

Sounds great Tom, you can really hear what the power amp is bringing to the table. I was thinking if this or a Badcat. Can't wait to hear it boosted and breathing fire!
