Hello folks!
I have a torpedo captor x 16, everything was fine! Until yesterday I decide to connect it via Bluetooth with my phone (Android). I did reset the Bluetooth unit with torpedo tools, the phone was connected and it downloaded all the cabs!
This morning I connected torpedo to my pc via usb, i opened torpedo remote and in the "manager" section and the folder named two notes torpedo is empty! I don't have any presents inside there! I have only 2 folders named backup and impulses, also both empty! But I don't have the preset folder! I have the present only inside the torpedo, but not on my pc! What can I do?! I already tried to factory reset, uninstall the torpedo remote, unregister and re-register the unit! Anyone knows where I can download these folders?!
Any ideas? ?

The first thing I would do is hook your phone up to your computer via USB and explore the files there.

I don't know much about Torpedo and how it operates via BT. I do know; however, that this sounds like your files "may" have been moved via BT to your phone for local storage.

I hope this helps. I work in IT and this happens with a lot of phone based apps. there are not always as robust and "debugged" as desktop applications are, if that makes sense.

"If" you do find the files on the phone when you hook it up, simply copy the files back to their correct destinations.
