Torpedo remote not loading shop cabinets

problem exactly as described.

9 times out of 10 in torpedo remote on my PC I can only see the cabs I own, which gives me no way to demo cabs from the shop that I might want to buy.

Is this normal? Is there a fix or way to force the remote to connect to the store?

Have you clicked on "Online" in the upper right corner? (Warning for clicking on "favourites" which excludes all non favorites).

WiFi intermittent in your place of play?? Could be a reason... Otherwise, I've never had a problem with test-driving any of the "in-store" cabs - ever.
