tourmaster clean boost. no pedals needed

use your effects loop. just put a patch cable across it.

use your send level knob to adjust the amount of total boost or cut you want in volume when the boost is engaged on the footboard.

i looked on all the photos of the other amps in the EGGi line. it looks as if the TM is the only one that allows for knob adjustments in the loop.

personally, i'd just put a ge7 or something similiar in there and set it for a boost if you're not looking to color your sound too much. i've done it for years on my other amps. :rock:
 
That's a great idea! I never really thought of it but it works- If you don't have those knobs balanced right it can get louder when you kick in effects. This way is just saying "do that on purpose and control it."

i was referring to the other amps that dont have a dial to mix in send and return signals.

the TM is ingenious in the loop dept with the parallel and series setting.

and it's perfect if you just want to use it for a clean amp controlled boost without having to use a pedal to do it :)
