Triaxis battery removal problem

Hey Guys,
I have my Triaxis open to remove the battery, which as I've read, is under this 4" x 5" silver cover, which has 2 tabs on the right side, I removed the screws, but the cover will not come out, it seems like its still attached somehow. Whats the catch ???
