I have mixed feelings on these newer ones...

Thought they had like a colder brightness about them compared to the pervious three channels..

Hey Giles, I used to have a '98 2 channel Triple that I loved and had to let go of a few years back.

I would agree with your colder brightness assessment generally, but I like the small tweaks they made. The small refinements actually make me not always step on a boost pedal by default.

I've only played the Triple multi-watt though not the Dual...but this Triple sounds great to me.

Love it man.....looks bad as hell!

What it needs is a chrome chassis. To this day, it boggles my mind why that is not an option anymore.

I LOVE my Triple Rec. Might be the coolest amp I've ever owned. I've had a few.

I'm back into huge guitar tone again, and I ain't heard an amp that sounds huger.
