Tube Help... Orange Tiny Terror

Hey Guys,

I got an orange Tiny Terror today, from eBay (It's awsome btw).. I was playing it for about half an hour.. and when i came back to play it later on.. the 7 Watt mode, had no sound coming from the speaker.. when i then switched to 15 watt mode i got sound. If i'm in standby, and select the 7 watt mode, there is no sound.. then when i switch to the 15watt mode (still in standby), there is a feint crackling noise; Coming from the amp itself, rather than the speaker.

Would i be right enough in saying that this could be a bad tube? Or is there a bigger problem.. I was goinna swap the tubes around, but i couldn't figure out how to take on the spring holder thing..

Hard to say but since it was recently shipped something could have been damaged in shipping. Could be a tube. You could have the tubes checked and also go over any obvious loose solder joints etc. I would start with tubes and work it from the most delicate point.
