Is there any pedal or any other way to simulte what the tubes on the power section of an amp add to the overall tone? I've tested my gear thru le loop of an EL34 JCM800 and I just have to say that the skies opend and it was tone straight from heaven!!! So since for now I don't have th $1,400 that cost that amp I want to know if there is a way to cheat this tone untill I can get it.

Now let me just stop for a moment and say I know that nothing can compensate an actual tube amp (so please don't kill me for asking this) BUT I just want to know if there is something out there that I haven't hear of. You see, there is gear like the Tech21 Character Pedals that you can go straight to a PA and get the characteristic tones of different types of amps BUT I allready have the preamp part that I'm happy with, so what I'm questioning myself is if there is something out there that will give me just the characteristics of different types of power amp tubes to add to the overal tone and then go to a clean power amp? Again I'm not looking for a speaker simulator to go straight to the PA just something that will go before a clean power amp and then to the speaker cab.

PS:
This is for live playing not an app or pluggin for a DAW that I'm looking for.

the Torpedo CAB will do that. Choice of different 6L6 and EL34 power amps and sound very real. Plus you have cab sim if you need it.

What kind of equipment do you have today?
I can't make out what it is you have right now :)
Before a clean power amp, you'd typically put a preamp, but it seems you already have one. Do you have a power amp? Are you planning on going direct with your preamp (if you have one) I don't mean to be an ass, but I seriously can't make out what you already have, and want to continue using :)

I forgot about the Torpedo CAB... anything else?

Preamp:ADA MP1 with a BBE 422A after it
Effects: I just bought a Lexicon MPX-G2
Amps: an Epiphone Valve Jr. moded that I run clean and an ADA Microtube 100

The Valve Jr. adds a good tube warm but I it has an EL84 tube and I preffer the tone of an EL34. And even thou the Microtube has is a hybrid amp with a an 12AX7 in the front end and a ss power stage you can really notice the difference between it and and the Valve Jr.

I'm trying to add something for my live setup (allthough if I can go direct to a DAW I would use it from time to time to upload videos on youtube :)). The Torpedo Cab for sure is a good solution that I forgot to mentioned in my original post but it's more than I would like to spend now... someone has to come up with a similar product and hopefully a sterio version that doesn't cost $800 bucks like the CABs rack brother!

How about a power amp like a Peavey Classic? You can find them all day under $400.
