Tube / SS rectifier switch?

Hey everyone! Happy New Year. I'm building an amp that is essentially a copy of a Dirty Shirley. JCM800 preamp, JTM45 power section. I'm considering adding this switch to go between tube and solid state rectification. So I have 2 questions...

1. Is this layout correct?
2. Is it worth it?

Not sure if it’s correct, but it’s a good idea on that style amp. I always wondered why Dave didn’t have that option on the Dirty Shirley. I preferred mine with a solid state rectifier.

Yeah, it definitely tightens up the bottom end. I wouldn’t call it significant but definitely noticeable
