Alright well I make my own coals with white oak and get another one lit... Fire the ole Weber up to 350.

Rubbed down some Turkey Legs with a lot of seasonings, I am not going to list them all but let them sit for 2 days

After forgetting about them for 3 hours, baste them in whatever sauce you like. Put the lid back on. Forget about them again

Impressed that you are strictly oak
Not a sauce guy per say but love rubs (like Stubbs or Weber Classic)
