Anyone gonna admit to seeing the show? MY Wife loves them so I scored a pair of tickets to the July 14th show. Great seats also. She's psyched. I love my Wife.

Nice score. They were hear at Angels Stadium a few weeks ago. They put on a great show ad their stage is incredible! You'll have fun.

I am quite irritated about the fact that I don't care for the band as a whole.

I have tried.. I bought the 360 DVD, and I love the band and the songs, but Bono just strikes a wrong nerve with me for some reason.

Would still like to see them live though.

Cool. Yeah my Wife insists that Bono is very misunderstood. She insists he does not have a huge ego like allot of people think. She points out things he does that one would think were because of a big ego. She tells me he is actually very humble, respectfull, and caring. Shes been a huge fan since they came out in the 80's.

It seems to me your wife has got the right idea and approach.

I wish I could find it in myself to change the way I feel about him.

I have a friend who knows those guys well, He says they are all super folks. Bono is a nice fun person -- Edge is sweet __ I even sold something to them once was treated very good...

But I get people rubbing you wrong... If I hear Meatloaf on the radio I wanna die. If you told me he is cool (which he probably is..) I would still wanna jump after the chorus of "rock n roll dreams come true"

What lead singer doesn't have an ego? It comes with the territory. Anyone that has been in a band with a dedicated lead singer knows what I am talking about.

Big U2 fan, but never seen them live. :(

I saw them here in SF last June and had a fun time with my wife. Love hearing Edge's delay. Lenny Kravitz did good as a front act.

I saw them last month in MI. Great show.

Their stage setup is like nothing I've ever seen. Only U2 could pull it off.

Went to Chicago show on Tuesday. The show was really great. The band sounded great, really great guitar/bass/drum tones. Bono sounded really good even if he's not 20 years younger - hahaha. The production of the show and sheer magnitude of the stage setup is insane. Visually, it's stunning and the sound system is incredible. Our seats were in 2nd level of the stadium, so for pics it was a bit tough(I don't have a REALLY great camera). In a way though, I almost felt you benefited being a ways back from the stage to take everything in. Here's a few pics that came out decent.

Yea, nice snapshots. I got some at my show, but they aren't as good. I should upload a few.

Thanks guys, don't worry - there's twice as many bad as there are good   It's all about shooting a ton of them, knowing only about 1/2 will maybe turn out good and 1/4 will be great. I'm still getting to know this camera and what settings work best for concerts. Problem is I never remember what settings I used by the time I upload them the next day
