Uli Jon Roth's brother Zeno was amazing. I should have listened to his stuff years ago. He's a ripping guitarist!

Died in 2018 after a long illness.
 
I love Zeno. His last record, the first video that you posted, is nothing short of amazing. His earlier works I can't get into because the singer is so piercing and screechy. But, the playing, take the best of Uli and add a little more shreddy bits. I was really sad when I heard that he had passed.
 
Have only listened to Shades of Blue so far but love it. There's a Michael Schenker like sound/feel/vibe to some of the solo playing, which I love.
 
Those songs and solos are really tasty I've never heard that before
 
Looks like the lead singer is a German vocalist - Michael Bormann
