So, I was sitting on a few cheaper guitars and amps that I haven’t touched in a long time. I loaded them in the car and took them down to GC….in the end, traded for a 21 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe.

I intended on pulling the mini hummus and installing p90s. Never liked mini hummus. This guitar sounds great as is!!! I was pleasantly surprised!!!!

Nice! Vintage mini-humbuckers are actually some of my all time favorite sounding pickups even over ‘50’s P90’s if I was forced to pick one. Nothing else snarls like them with that type of aggression

I had a 70's Deluxe gold top back in the 80's I got at a pawn shop for $350. Played nice but did not work for 80's hard rock through my JMP back then. I put a Dimarzio soapbar in hoping it would help. No dice..Sold it for over a grand around 92' Looks nice Brent.

I thought the Deluxe models had trim around the headstock. That looks like a Standard to me.

Is that actually a signature model or did you put your own custom TRC on there?

Flick that switch to the down position "Contour" on the Boogie and prepare to be blown away .
