Using an external cabinet...

Do if i hook a cabinet up to the torpedo live, does that eliminate the ability to play at low volumes with the amp volune high but the output of the TL controlling the main output.

I guess im tryin to say, i wanna turn the volume up on my Marshall to get that "marshall" sound in a live band setting,but control the actual volume using the output of the torpedo live. Is that possible?
 
Gorehog I think you need an attenuator to do what you want.

The Live will give you a line output but no control over the cabinet you can plug in the THRU output (check the manual for more information).

If you need this function, a Torpedo Reload + Torpedo C.A.B. combo could do the trick. ;)
 
thank you sir.just emailed my local store who got me my live.and ill have the reload after Xmas for sure!!!!!yay.i was so starting to think about ditching my amps for an axe 2.the reload will help me keep my amps and add a few more!!!!!!
