Thought everyone should know...the cabs are widely popular on sevenstring.org and with many many metalheads alike. Having owned one before, it truly is a shame. Great company.

The cabinets themselves are great, but those Eminence Legend speakers are straight up garbage. Why are they calling it quits though? They just released some sort of tube amplifier awhile back.

owned one for a few months and it surprisingly did NOT mesh well with my engl. didn't particularly care for the eminence speakers it came loaded with (although the eminence speakers in the basson 4x12 i owned a while back were pretty decent). sound was a little too open/loose and had more high end scream as opposed to the low end punch that i like.

Front loaded and oversized, no thanks.
Their gimmick was the bedliner covering and evil name.
Sold well, good for them. They had a good ride.

i got an avatar 4x12 with celestion v30's/t75's, bedliner covering, and metal grill for almost half the price of a vader 4x12. rock solid and sounds 10 times better.

Interesting... my main pedal board is covered in that stuff and I love it. Indestructible! Would be cool to have a cab covered in that stuff. No wheels needed. Just send it rolling down the stairs!

Seems that the closure is due to owner/operators deteriorating health.
So keep that in mind everyone....

Yes^^^^^

He didnt screw anyone over, helped out many great musicians along the ride.

Sounds like a good guy to me.. R.I.P. Vader

(they are still taking orders until Aug. 31)

Those cabs aren't cheap. You need to really want that exact cab to lay out $1,000 for a 4x12.
Best wishes to the owner, looks like he was a great guy.

Had one with tolex way back when, they were around $650 then. Great cab for downtuned metal, period. Adam was a class act to do business with....

Hope things look up for him.

Sorry to hear about the owner's health problems but big props to him for shutting down the business properly as opposed to the way many small shops call it quits (i.e. disappearing with deposits and payments for product not delivered).

Absolutely, on all levels. And, this should be an example for others in a similar situation.
