One owner, good to very good condition, gigged about 20-30 times. No Graphic EQ on this one, it has the protective VHT head cover. Never been re-tubed, I believe it was made in 1999 comes with the foot switch. What is the trade and cash value?

I had GC offer me a new one, with graphic, for $1000....granted, they were trying to blow it out....but they don't seem to move well.

Good amp, and I like 'em, but I wouldn't pay more than $600-$700 for what you're describing.

So it's worth less than a used 6505/5150? I thought they were fairy well regarded, guess not. Thanks

I saw one for around $750, and I wish I had bought it. These are just killer hard rock amps (maybe they do metal, too, but I didn't try). I see them closer to $1000 more commonly.

all i have seen our between 1000 to 1250$ they are great amps

Not sure about the non EQ ones. Ones with EQ go around 1200 or so. If you can snag it for a good deal grab it.

Btw...I fell back in love with my 50 CL with EQ+Rev after not playing it for a while. They are jut killer sounding and articulate. Funny my footswitch on my Ecstasy 101B went on the fritz (boost stopped working on ch 2-3) and I haven't missed it one but since playing the VHT for the last few weeks.

Yeah the are cool amps. I had a Ultra lead and a 50cl for many years. I have a Herbert and don't really need another amp. So I was trying to find a fair trade value. I have a feeler in the classifieds maybe $1050 would be a fair trade value? What do guys think?
