Van Halen pitch detune settings

Hello Dave! 1st time poster here. Was wondering what you knew about EVH's pitch detune settings? It seems as if everyone thinks something different about how Eddie ran his Eventide.

Some say +12/-12 on each side, some only -8 like Steve Stevens was using. Any help on this would be much appreciated! thank you Dave! Brian

Back in the day I used a cheap alessis quadraverb of all things and I nailed the Poundcake and Judgement day sounds with it...

i heard it was 9.5 on both sides i may be wrong.

I use -9 +9 all the way up to -14 +14.

Bob Bradshaw told me it was staggered, like -9 ,+11, or vice versa
