Here are a few recent pedalboard that I've put together:
This first board I did for a local pro that plays frequently around the Bay Area. He's also an instructor at Berkeley Jazz School which has put out some great musicians such as Charlie Hunter:

Although the size of the board is not too large, it required quite a bit of time. I had to True Bypass the Wah, Vibe, Micro POG, Phase 90, and Dyna Comp. The buffer in the TS-9 helped the signal more so I left it alone. The Deluxe Memory Man is run through a TB Loop. The board is outfitted with all Mogami cable and Switchcraft, Horizon, and Neutrik plugs. All power cables I custom made to size. Also the adapter cords for the DMM and Micro POG were cut to custom lengths. Note the arrangement of the effects are backwards, the player is left handed/left footed. The order of the effects are:
Custom Interface In-->Tuner-->Wah-->Vibe-->Micro POG-->QTron-->Phase 90-->Big Muff-->Interface (Buffer In)-->Interface (Effects Send)-->Dyna Comp-->TS-9-->Box of Rock-->Deluxe Memory Man-->Interface (Effects Return)--->Interface Out
This second board I wired up for Will Derryberry, a session musician and composer for NBC Prime Time television. He's written songs for "Friday Night Lights," "Life," and "Everwood."

Will is a lefty that plays right handed, so the direction of the chain is reversed. The order of the effects go: Interface In (buffer)-->Volume Pedal-->Vox Wah-->BB Preamp-->TS-9-->M13 In-->Carl Martin Compressor (in M13 effects loop)-->M13 Out-->Interface Out. I used a Voodoo Labs to power all of the standard stompbox effects and Wah pedal, and then I used the courtesy out with a custom plug to power the M13 and Carl Martin Compressor. I had to shorten the AC cords on both the M13 adapter and the comp. The board sounds great! Lots of dynamics, low noise, good signal clarity.
The final board pictured is another pedalboard that I did for a local pro/session/touring musician Chris Pimentel. He's a well known San Francisco/Bay Area musician and has stage credits with Bobby Caldwell, Little Anthony, The Coasters, The Drifters, David Pack (Ambrosia), Timothy B. Schmidt, and Patrick Simmons (Doobie Brothers).

All equipment was supplied by the client, including the pedalboard. I normally prefer to work on Kriz Kraft style boards, but I'll still assemble a Pedaltrain if necessary (often it's difficult to fit an interface because of the depth with wah/volume pedals). The board is outfitted with all Mogami cable and Horizon plugs. All power cables I custom made to size. I true bypassed the Wah, modded the DL4 and the Phase 90. The order of the board is pretty standard, although the client preferred the tuner at the end of the chain and I had to reverse the order of the Wah and Tuner to fit the interface. The order of the effects are:
Custom Interface In (buffer)-->Volume Pedal-->Wah-->Phase 90-->Boss CS-2 Compressor-->Fulltone Fulldrive II-->Ibanez Chorus-->Line6 DL4 Delay-->Boss TU-2 Tuner-->Interface Out
