Vertex is now offering modification to Voodoo Lab Pedal Power AC units, and forthcoming the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power, Pedal Power 2, and Pedal Power 2+.
Below is a recently modded Voodoo Lab Pedal Power AC unit that a client needed to power high current 9VDC and 15VDC pedals. The traditional Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+ units couldn't be modded to power that high of a current draw, so we went with the AC.
We turned two of the 9/12 VAC sections on the right side to two outlets (one with 9VDC @ 1AMP, and one with 15VDC @ 1AMP). The two left 9VAC outs are still available to power AC pedals, but the two right outs will do DC.
