VH4 bright switches not working

Hi all,

How difficult would it be for a tech to fix this? What's the likely cause? Not valves since I just had all pre and power amp tubes replaced!

These are simple ON / OFF toggle switches.
The holes in the chassis are 6,5 millimeters.

Just curious, are the switches themselves broken? I would expect your switches are OK, but something else is broken in the board.
