Vh4 setting

Hey guys got a vh4 loaded with jjel34's. I tune to drop b. fl412 What settings you guys using?

I know you are after suggestions but the advice I read and took was to start with everything at 12 o'clock on the eq and gain, volume to suit and work from there. I normally lower the gain and up the volume, but the eq stays in the middle. My wife cheats and uses the EQ on here G-System, no idea what set up she has there.

If you are playing in Drop B, then I am pretty sure you are after something like this.....

Channel 3 or 4 (4 is a little more compressed)

Gain 1:00
Volume 11:00
Treb: 3:00
Mids 8:00
Bass: 1:00

Master to level
Pres: 3:00
Deep: 2:00

Give Duality a go on those settings - no FX needed or FX loop engaged.

thanks steve. I ripped it up last night with the guys fired up my vh4 i had the master down alittle too much.. With the master cranked it sounded alot better..

Yeah, the VH4 really comes to life when you let it breathe a little. Lots of depth, projection and articulate as hell. Enjoy!
