At what point did they do the update? Was it sometime in 2005 or in 2006. I am going to buy a 2005 VH4 (I think...if there aren't any financial issues), but would definitely like more gain on ch 2. Is there a certain serial number range where they started the change?

Can a 2002 VH4S be updated as well?? I do actually travel to Austria for work, next time is not until September, however I would bring it along if I could get it updated by the master
