Hey guys, I was listening to Mane Attraction for first time in a long while on the way home from work today. Man I forgot how much I love this tune and how heavy it was for White Lion. I got Dimebag vibes from some of Vito's work on a couple of tracks. I can't say how much i loved Vito's style when I was younger. Sorry if i am repeating myself lol
Check this out man⬇️ 🎸🎸🎸

Ok last one for tonight! Vito was ripping from beginning to end on this one.

Peter was absolutely on fire from pride through mane attraction. My favorite tone and playing from him are on the last album they did as a band. Absolute perfection as far as tone.

Mane Attraction was a really good album that was released a little too late, unfortunately. We use to cover Lights and Thunder. Fun song to play live.

I was driving the other day and Little Fighter came on. That solo, like all of his, is just amazing. I don't know what it is about his playing but you feel the emotions come out. Warren DeMartini solos are like that too.

Every solo Vito has done just floors me.

He was a great player, but too much of an EVH wannabe. There was too much overlap for me to be overly impressed with him, other than his skills. Nothing really original about his style that put him in a category other that an EVH cookie cutter player.

Lots of great players from that era. I'd put Reb Beach above Vito.
