They are essentially a group that is planning on how to transition the planet into a new world order/singular top down authoritative governance through control of resource use, economic policy, health policy.
Key points are:
Rationing/control of global resources using an invented existential thread, known as 'climate change.'
Transitioning goods and services economy to rental economy where people own less and less things but pay for access to use goods/services through subscription which will be controlled at the top, and price increased as times goes on in order to service never ending debt interest.
Somewhere down the line they will begin global depopulation.
