I'd like to hear this as well.

And woulde like to know if the Steve Stevens can get as heavy as the Marsha? Because the BE without SAT is more of a classic rock tone and not that heavy.
But the clips of the amp sounded pretty high gain...

Its slightly gainier and meaner but at the same time slightly more vintage.

 Sucks to read these kinda things when you just got your Marsha, not complaining, great amp!!!!

.. What if... What if... What if...

Tis the day and age Nico... all access to one of, if not thee, best gear forums out there.. everyday you're gonna be gassing if you take the time to read or search :D .. U think you have 'it'... then the new 'it' unveils itself in someones basement...or this case, at Namm.. . You have yourself one helluva an amp by one of the best amp gurus out there... but yeah, Im also gassing for the SS Friedman... the damn nature of this beast  ...til next time :)

More gain than the BE100 in HBE mode? with or without SAT engaged? Is this based off the SS100 as it currently stands after being tweaked after the NAMM Show? At the NAMM Show it sounded more vintage inspired.

No it is a bit more gain then the BE on the normal BE-100 .
That was the original ?

Thanks Dave. That is what my ears were hearing. Just wanted to get it straight. I am sure that SS100 is going to sound great when you are finished.

Ken

It should Ken, the thing sounds KILLER already! Left me GASing for one so bad.

Whats the base price gonna be on the SS? Will it have a line out?

I think its going to come it at 3500.00 and yes it will have a line out.

Thanks David  The way SS amp sounded at the Ayers with W/D setup was amazing  I think it's gonna be another legendary amp to us guys on RT and a homerun to everyone else
