I have a Morley Little Alligator, and the sweep sucks. It's like an old Marshall that goes from zero to holy shit.

Anybody have recommendations for a nice, smooth taper throughout? I think I'm going back to pedals, and want a volume pedal in the loop after my FX. The Morley needs to go.

Are you looking for passive or active? The sweep isn’t perfect but I liked the Dunlop DVP3 when I had it.

Lehle or you are wasting your time
Agreed.

I was all about Ernie Ball before Lehle but when I got to borrow a friends pedal, the EB pedal has too jumpy of a volume taper. Not as smooth as the Lehle. I was gassing for that new EB with the tuner on the pedal but I'm happy with what I have and I prefer my headstock tuners anyway.

Best thing about the lehle 90 (maybe regular lehle has it also) is the min pot. All the way down is maxed out always, but you can control what the least amou t of volume is so that if you are only tryi g to get to clean, it is perfectly set there
