Voodoo labs 4X4 power supply and Eventide H9

I bought the PS so it would power up the H9 but I've tried all the taps with 400ma on the back and the H9 doesn't power up at all. I plug the original power supply in and it fires right up. Anyone have a 4X4 that works with their H9 or have any issues?

Figured it out... I needed the smaller diameter power cable in-between.

I feel like this right now.
