I have a VoxAC15c1(Greenback 16ohm) with Friedman 2x12 16ohm speakers (8ohm from parallel) coming into the Vox ... keep in mind the Vox is a combo not a head. I know I can run my Vox into the cabinet via the EXTERNAL SP JACK on the Vox WITH THE Vox IMPEDENCE Switch on 8ohms... but it kills the Voxs speaker...
Is there anyway I can safely rewire the friedman cabinet 1x12 in series and get ALL 3 SPEAKERS RUNNING via EXTENSION SP JACK and the VOX IMPEDENCE Switch on 8ohms?
Technically, the Friedman cab 2x12 in itself is now wired in series but running parallel with the internal Vox Combo speaker 16Ohm to equal a 8OHM signal into the actual EXTENSION SP PORT .. I understand some folks shouldn't mess with the wiring but I take that on my own hands... thanks everyone.
