Sounds killer  Of course its popular on the internet to say his tone sucks (I was just told again yesterday) but I like it. I wouldn't want to hear those riffs any more polished sounding.

sounds good and I like Dime's tweezed out tone, it totally worked for the music

We have a winner.

Pantera would not be the same played through a boosted Marshall.

I don't care what anyone says on the Internet. Dime had some of the most brutal machine like tone that ever was. This was awesome.

I agree, it was crushing and still. As a player, he is often imitated and never duplicated.

A solid state piece of gear being able to nail the tone of solid state piece of gear. AMAZING!

Who would have thought

Whenever I see a thread from someone who claims to have replicated a famous album tone I cringe, because the tone always turns out to be rubbish. Like "is the guy recording this clinically deaf, because that sounds nothing like the album tone" rubbish.

This is not one of those.

That tone was AWESOME.

yup, spot on for my ears as well and i usually think people miss the mark by a long shot..
