hey i wondering if anyone has played the new walrus 385 mk 2 pedal yet? or, if anyone has played just the mk1? i like the sounds in the video but i havent really been a big fan of most of the walrus stuff i've heard in the past. nothing against them or anything just havent had one of their pedals really grab me (until now that is).
also what do you guys know or think about these converted film o sound amps? i really like the sounds i'm hearing from vids but i don't know of anyone with one, i can't do the mods myself, and i'm also wondering why people are converting these in particular? is there some techincal reason? or is it just a low wattage tube amp thats easy to convert without a high price tag (until they do get converted and then they seem to cost 1500ish$).
