I wonder if this one of the late '59s that had the smaller neck profile. I remember reading that Walsh was partial to the 1960 LPs for the thinner neck.
The one that he sold to Page had the neck shaved down so thin that there isn't much meat on top of the truss rod. It looks sorta dog-boned when you view it from the top. A weird contour to be sure
