I know Load wasn't their best song writing and all that, but I really dig the production on Load and Reload.

Its the song Thorn Within. I chose this song cause its the only one I have a drum track for :D

Used the CCV
Custom ESP with EMG Het Set left channel
Les Paul Custom with Custombuckers right Channel

Awesome.

Say what you want about Load and Reload... there are tunes on them that I like.

Man, even on my laptop speakers I could hear a great tone there. What year or "revision" is your CCV? Pre Brad, post Brad. Not sure if it makes a difference.

This made me load up the real thing after listening to your clip... Granted these are just laptop speakers, but it really sounds like you nailed it.

1st Brad Run.

The CCV works well for Kill 'em All and RTL era riffs/covers too.

What amp(s) or preamp(s) did you use on this? Sounds great!

I awlays liked the rhythm tones & feel from Load...what amp(s) did they use mostly? Wasn't it a VH4?

I believe he was still using the Mesa Triaxis through the Load/Reload stuff.
