So you claim that all kids that are poor will get involved in gangs? I disagree, I believe it is poor parenting and low intelligence that leads kids to gangs. Plenty of poor kids avoid gangs and drugs.

Except poor parenting and low intelligence are much, MUCH higher in areas with low socio economic situations.

Don't argue social darwinism, it's false, it's a logical misnomer. Please stop trying it's wasting both our time.
