Ha ha. The same judge who thinks all Washington state and California gun laws are constitutional is flabbergasted that someone would think ending birthright citizenship is constitutional.

There is a compelling legal argument against anchor babies. Is it constitutional or not I don’t know. But it’s easily as compelling as thinking a state picking by model which handguns are legal is unconstitutional.

At any rate anyone who uses a federal judges opinion on anything as proof of something is dumb as fuck. They’re almost all activist judges on both sides. One good way to tell if they are is this exact situation.

Is that like being ok with paying for abortions because it’s cheaper than paying 17 years of welfare and then whatever it costs to incarcerate them after that ? Asking for a friend.
 
Birthright citizenship only applies if one parent is already a US Citizen.
 
We’ll see what the SC ultimately decides. You really have to be an asshole to support birthright citizenship. What a fucking joke!

And somehow that relevant. Slavery up until the twentieth century was commonplace the world over. Every culture at one time or another had a form of slavery.

plenty of families would love to adopt. they make is so goddamn difficult,expensive and time consuming
my daughter is adopted, Thank god that woman didnt stick a coat hanger up her twat

13 yrs ago it cost me about 15 grand and 5 yrs of shit to get her. and thats on the cheap side

It cost my sister in law and her husband over 30k to adopt their own great nephew.

the framers up until Yorktown were British citizens living in British colonies.
slavery was a horrible part of of our past that lasted 350 years.
but back then it was an acceptable practice. as horrible as that was you cant change it by tearing down monuments or rewriting history

only illegal may have been Alexander Hamilton as he was born in the Caribbean IIRC St Kitts lol
