I've been playing for 3 years now, and I am just recently able to play well enough to start refining my sound. Very Gilmour-esque, with a bit of 'Blues-era' Gary Moore and Steve Vai (my 1st REAL amp was an X-100B)thrown in to make things weird....

I see in posts here, as well as ads for certain effects pedals for 'wet/dry' inputs. What does this mean?

Just curious.....

Wet = effects, dry = no effects. I think the term stands for a stereo setup where one side has effects and the other side has no effects at all.
