Sometimes they morph, and multiply. But that's neither here nor there. This is about the bold, the brave men, and the brave few women, and the women that used to be men. The ones the have yet to rage quit.

Take a moment, and
Give yourself a big pat on the back for having the nerves of steel, the dedication to jump in a pool of total nonsense, and useless bullshit everyday so we can have this circus called Rig-Talk OT. Ironically the most active, and useless forum on RT:clap:

So you just wan't more treble without all the high frequency garbage that is coming along with it?
Well, I find myself boosting 4kHz in post production using an EQ plugin to get the tone/sound I'm going for..

Just wondering, how do I make that happen "organically" inside the amp ?

Well, the treble knob will do it. But it will boost stuff a bit before 4k, and everything after. To EQ a tight band like that in the amp is not super trivial.

You could put a snubber cap somewhere to kill a lot after 4k, and then turn up the treble control

What if I used a gyrator circuit ?

RLC network or OP amp implementation.

Looks like someone took him aside and told him to knock off his gimmick.

It’s like doing a polar bear plunge but way more homoerotic
